How do you become a Mentor:
Joining Eonten Studios means becoming part of a community dedicated to nurturing the next generation of creative talent. As a mentor, you have the opportunity to share your expertise, inspire aspiring students, and guide them toward success in the dynamic world of the creative industry. Together, we can make a real difference in shaping the future of creativity.
Application: Mentors apply to become part of the Eonten mentorship program.
Selection: Eonten reviews mentor applications and selects candidates based on their industry experience, expertise, and willingness to mentor.
Orientation:Selected mentors undergo training to familiarize themselves with Eonten’s mentorship program, processes, and expectations.
Assignment: Mentors are assigned mentees based on their area of expertise and mentee requirements.
Guidance: Mentors provide guidance and support to their assigned mentees throughout the program duration.
Review: Mentors conduct regular reviews of their mentees’ progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
Mentorship Completion: Upon completion of the mentorship program, mentors provide final assessments of their mentees’ progress and achievements.
Continued engagement: Mentors may choose to continue their engagement with Eonten by mentoring new students or participating in other Eonten programs and initiatives.

● Assist mentees in refining and improving their portfolios to meet industry standards.
● Provide feedback and guidance to help mentees create a professional portfolio.
4. EONTEN PROJECT PRO
● Assist mentees in preparing for the technical test.
● Provide guidance and support as mentees undergo on-the-job training and work on real projects.
5. EONTEN LAUNCH PAD
● Continue to support and mentor mentees as they progress through the internship at Eonten Studios.
● Provide guidance and feedback on mentees' project work during the internship.
● Help mentees transition into the industry or join Eonten Studios upon completion of the internship.
